Wae Rebo is a traditional Manggarai village located approximately 1,200 meters above sea level. Encircled by panoramic mountains and dense tropical forests, it is famous for its distinctive, cone-shaped traditional houses known as Mbaru Niang. This immersive 2-day overland journey combines a scenic private drive from Labuan Bajo with a rewarding guided mountain trek.

Expedition Itinerary
Day 1 • 07:00 WITA Departure from Labuan Bajo Scenic private drive toward Dintor village, passing local coastal lines and hillside slopes.
Day 1 • Afternoon Mountain Trek to Village Begin the 2 to 3-hour guided uphill trek through refreshing highland rainforest trails.
Day 1 • Evening Welcoming Ritual & Overnight Traditional village welcome ceremony, communal dinner, and restful night in a Mbaru Niang lodge.
Day 2 • Morning Sunrise & Return Journey Breakfast overlooking the misty valley, trek back down to base, and private transfer back to Labuan Bajo.
